Hello, I am Dominic, a Chocolatier and Patissier with a passion for cooking and creating .
Throughout my career, I have always strived to be at the top level and this drive has led me to many opportunities in my career . Chocolate has been a passion of mine and I'm always looking to use the top quality ingredients to produce high level pastries and chocolates. With having so many mentors throughout my career, it's always amazing to share that knowledge with so many people to help them grow and develop.
At a young age, I always wanted to become a Pastry Chef. I was successful in gaining a place on The Specialised Chef's Scholarship run by The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. At 16, I moved to Bournemouth to complete my studies.
I have worked in top 5* hotels such as Coworth Park and Pennyhill Park. In order to develop my experience, I completed stages at Dinner by Heston and The Fat Duck.
Throughout my time working at these prestigious restaurants and hotels, I have entered numerous competitions such as The Junior Chocolate Masters and The UK Pastry Open, all of which gave me priceless experience to help develop my skills and knowledge.
In recent years, I have also entered my own brand of chocolates into The Academy of Chocolate Awards. These achieved 8 bronze and silver awards. I am very proud of these accolades. After years of entering, I am now a judge for the Annual Academy of Chocolate Awards.
