Dom Hutchings – Pastry Chef, Chocolatier & NPD Consultant ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for consultancy services, courses, or physical products.

1. Consultancy Services

Due to the customised nature of consultancy work, all payments for consulting sessions or development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Digital Products (e.g. E-books, PDFs)

All sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you experience issues with accessing or downloading the content, please contact us at [Insert Email Address].

3. Courses or Educational Programs

If a refund policy applies to a specific course or program, it will be stated clearly at the point of purchase. In most cases, courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Physical Products (e.g. Books or Merchandise)

We accept returns of physical items if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The customer covers return shipping costs

Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
